Review a public research ECG, start to finish

Choose a photo of a printed test page, or upload your own photo of one. TraceRead AI reads it. Then you review the AI first read the way a reading doctor would, and the whole case is kept under a link you can open again.

Only photos of test printouts. Never a patient's ECG.

  • The test printouts show public research ECGs: recordings published for research, with no names.
  • Anything else, such as a photo of a real patient's ECG, is rejected and deleted.
  • Every case is deleted after 30 days.
  • The result is an AI first read for a doctor to check. It is not a clinical report, and TraceRead must not be relied on alone in an emergency.

Where the ECGs come from

The test pages print ECGs from PTB-XL, a public research dataset from Germany. See the data and software credits.

What the demo does

Six steps from the photo to the saved case

  1. 1Upload

You choose a test photo, or upload your own photo of a printed test page.

  2. 2Processing

TraceRead AI finds the page, flattens it, rebuilds each trace, measures it and scores the patterns. You see the step it is on.

  3. 3Quality decision

A fixed hold rule decides if the photo is good enough. If not, you see the reasons and no AI first read is given.

  4. 4Review

You check each trace against the paper, correct a measure, keep, remove or add a pattern, and write a note.

  5. 5Saved

Your edits are saved with a revision number. Open the same link later and they are still there.

  6. 6Export

Download the AI first read, your edits and the software versions as one file, or open a clean print view.

Way in one

Choose a test photo

Each photo shows a printed TraceRead test page of a public research ECG, made by computer with tilt, light, shadow and blur added. Pick one and TraceRead AI reads it.

Way in two

Upload your own photo of a printed test page

Print one of the 12 pages above with its Print this page link, photograph the paper with a phone, and upload the photo here. JPEG or PNG, up to 12 MB.

JPEG or PNG, up to 12 MB. Keep the whole page in the frame.

Anything else is rejected and deleted.
