What we do with your demo request

TraceRead is the data controller of the business contact details you send through the request a demo form. That means TraceRead decides why and how they are used.

Only what the form asks for:

• your full name, your work email and, if you give it, your phone number
• your organisation, the type of organisation and your role
• your state or city, if you give it
• the range of ECGs your organisation prints in a week
• your message, if you write one
• the fact that you ticked the box to agree, and the time we received the request

The form asks for no patient details. Please do not send ECGs or any patient details to us.

To reply to you, to arrange a demo, and to keep a record of your request. We use it for nothing else, and we do not use it for marketing you did not ask for.

We rely on your agreement, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and on the steps you ask us to take before any agreement between us. You can withdraw your agreement at any time.

TraceRead staff who answer demo requests. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone outside TraceRead. We do not put them into an outside AI service.

Your details are stored on the server that runs this website.

We keep your details while we are in touch with you about TraceRead. We delete them 12 months after our last message to you, or sooner if you ask us to.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you may:

• ask whether we hold details about you, and get a copy
• ask us to correct details that are wrong
• ask us to delete your details
• ask us to limit how we use your details, or object to how we use them
• ask for your details in a form you can move to another organisation
• withdraw your agreement at any time
• complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission

Use the request a demo form. Write "privacy request" at the start of your message, say what you want, and give the email address you used before. We reply by email.

This notice covers only the details sent through this website. Patient data that TraceRead handles for its customers is covered by the data processing agreement with each customer. What TraceRead needs, where it is kept and who can see it is on the privacy and security page.
